Time Table
- The Conference program of all Parallel and Plenary Sessions is online.

Duration of the Talks
- The duration of the talks is clearly marked in the Timetable.
- Overruns may penalize the other presenters and will not be allowed. Session conveners will give instructions to finish within the allotted presentation time.
Presentation Materials (PDF, PowerPoint)
- Presenters should prepare the presentation materials in PDF format, while MS PowerPoint (2010, 2013, or 2016) is also allowed.
- Any standard fonts provided by MS Office may be used. For all other fonts, please attach the font file(s) with the presentation file(s).
- The slides of your talk should be uploaded on the INDICO system by 23:00 the day before your talk, at the latest.
- Our scientific secretaries will take the files from the INDICO and make them available for you on the computer of the conference room. It is not possible to use personal laptops for your presentation.
- Any other file formats, e.g. Keynote, will not be accepted. Please convert your presentation file to PDF format.
How to Upload Your Materials
- Log into the ICHEP2018 INDICO website with your INDICO ID and password.
- You will see a link 'My Contributions' appear on the lower left hand corner, from which you may access the upload area for your talk(s): click on the title of the talk then click on Add Material.
Before the Session
- Presenters are highly recommended to meet the session conveners in the session room in advance and take a seat in the ‘Reserved Seat’ for speakers in the first row at least 10 minutes before their session starts.
- PowerPoint files prepared with Mac OS system should be tested on the PC in the meeting room before the session.
Audio Visual Equipment
All presenters should only use venue facilities. Each session room will be equipped with the following:
A smart pointer, one beam projector (RGB Port, HDMI), one screen
- To avoid frequently occurring technical problems during the presentation, all presenters are asked to use only the PCs pre-installed in the meeting room by the organizer and the single LCD projector preset in the session room for all presentations.
- It is NOT allowed to use your own laptop computer.
- Presenters may move to the next or previous slide by clicking on the mouse or the smart pointer.
If you would like to use any other A/V equipment or have any inquiries on the presentations, please contact the ICHEP2018 secretariat (sci@ichep2018.org) by July 2 (Mon.), 2018.
Posters
Poster Exhibit Schedule
- Mounting and demounting should be done according to the schedule below. Posters left behind the demounting time will be discarded without notice.
- Each poster board has a presentation number on it. The numbers will be informed near the poster exhibition area.
- Adhesive tapes for mounting posters will be prepared by the ICHEP 2018 Secretariat. However, it is encouraged that you bring your own supplies in case that the provisions run out.

The best poster will be selected during the Poster Session. Presenter should stay in front of the poster during the Poster Session and please answer the questions.
Poster Preparation
There is no strict rule about the poster size or margin. If you need a guideline, please use a standard A0 (840mm x 1190mm) or 900mm x 1200mm size paper and leave a reasonable margin so that people can comfortably read what is written in the poster.
- Panel size is 950 mm wide, 2,500 mm high. The actual space given for the poster is 940 mm wide, 2,250 mm high.
- The presentation number assigned to each poster must be placed in the upper left hand corner of the display.
- There is no printing facilities provided on-site. You have to come with the final printed paper poster.

Poster Session

The best poster will be selected during the Poster Session. Presenter should stay in front of the poster during the Poster Session and please answer the questions.
Best Poster Award
1st – 1 Winner (300$)
2nd – 2 Winner (200$)
3rd – 5 Winner (100$)
The three best poster award winners (one 1st winner and 2nd winners) will have each 5 minutes talk at the Poster show case.

The three best poster award winners (one 1st winner and 2nd winners) will have each 5 minutes talk at the Poster show case (July 11 (Wed), 12:20 - 12:40, Auditorium, 3F, Coex).
Proceedings (Updated as of November 7, 2018)
The proceedings of the ICHEP2018 will be published in PoS (Proceedings of Science, the open access online journal organized by SISSA, the International School for Advanced Studies based in Trieste. https://pos.sissa.it).
The paper should be written in MS Word and LaTeX.
The procedure for submission and the required style-file is described on http://pos.sissa.it/POSauthors.html.

There is a page limit:
- Plenary talk: 10 pages, including the title and reference pages.
- Parallel talk: 4 pages for ≤20 min, 6 pages for >20 min, including the title and reference pages.
- Posters: 2 pages, including the title and reference pages.
The submission deadline is has been finally EXTENDED to November 15 (Thu), 2018.
